- Service providers: We use trusted third-party service providers to host and operate our platform, including Vercel (hosting and deployment) and Neon (PostgreSQL database). These providers may process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations that comply with the APPs.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of 1Stop Driving School, our users, or the public.
5. Data Storage and Security
Our website is hosted on Vercel and our database is managed by Neon (PostgreSQL). Data may be stored on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. Where data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected in accordance with APP 8 (cross-border disclosure of personal information).
We protect your personal information through:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
- Encryption of data at rest within our database
- Access controls limiting who within our organisation can view personal data
- Regular review of security practices and infrastructure
