How quickly will I receive a response?

I am an instructor. How do I list my profile on the platform?
We would love to have you on board. Head to our instructor sign-up page or select "Instructor Enquiry" in the contact form above. Our onboarding team will guide you through credential verification, profile creation, and setting your availability. Listing is free and we never take a commission on your lesson fees.
Can I change or cancel a driving lesson booking?
Bookings are managed directly between you and your instructor. You can message your instructor through the platform to reschedule or cancel. Most instructors ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you are having trouble reaching your instructor, contact our support team and we will help.
Is it free to use 1Stop Driving School as a learner?
Yes, the platform is completely free for learners. You can browse instructor profiles, compare prices, read verified reviews, and contact instructors at no cost. There are no hidden fees, booking charges, or subscription requirements.
How do I leave a review for my instructor?
After completing a lesson, you will receive a prompt to rate your experience. Only verified students who have completed at least one lesson with an instructor can leave a review. This ensures all feedback on the platform is genuine and trustworthy.
I have a complaint about an instructor. What should I do?
