Maddie has been a fully licensed driving instructor since 2019, bringing over seven years of hands-on teaching experience to every lesson. Her journey into driver education began with a genuine desire to help others — and that passion shines through in every session she delivers.

What sets Maddie apart is her natural patience and her ability to read each learner's emotional state. She understands that getting behind the wheel for the first time can be overwhelming, and she creates a calm, pressure-free environment where learners can develop their skills at their own pace. Whether you're a first-time learner who has never touched a steering wheel or an experienced international driver adjusting to Australian roads and road rules, Maddie tailors every lesson to your specific needs and confidence level.

Over the years, Maddie has worked with hundreds of learners across Sydney, helping them navigate everything from quiet suburban streets to busy multi-lane arterials. She specialises in building genuine driving confidence — not just teaching you to pass a test, but equipping you with the awareness, hazard perception, and decision-making skills you need to stay safe for life.

Maddie is trilingual, fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, which makes her an excellent choice for learners from diverse linguistic backgrounds who may feel more comfortable discussing road rules and instructions in their first language. Her multicultural understanding also means she is experienced in helping international licence holders transition to the Australian driving system.

Every lesson with Maddie is structured around your goals. She begins with a brief chat to understand where you are in your learning journey, then designs the session around the skills you most need to practise — whether that's parallel parking, roundabout confidence, highway merging, or full test-route preparation. She provides clear, constructive feedback after every session so you always know exactly what to work on next.

Maddie holds a current Driving Instructor's Licence and a verified Working With Children Check. She offers both one-hour and two-hour lesson formats, as well as a comprehensive test package that includes a pre-test practice session and use of her dual-control vehicle for your driving test.
